FTS07-SE13 | Support Engineer
FoodTec - a leading POS company is seeking a support engineer to assist restaurant users with hardware and software problems over the phone. A working knowledge of Windows XP and Windows NT is expected. Troubleshooting areas include hardware failures, Operating Systems, networks and POS Software. Candidates will log calls, identify problems, troubleshoot and provide advice to assist users through standard scripts or checklists.
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently and multi-task. Any restaurant POS experience is a big plus. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, reliable transportation and be able to lift fifty pounds
